Kelly works with a diverse background of people, supporting substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma. In addition to using cognitive & behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, she is a practicing EMDR therapist. Kelly believes in and engages using a mind, body, and soul connection.

we have a number of options to ensure your care needs are met, from direct billing your insurer, giving you the right forms for insurance reimbursement, cash payment for services, and needs-based sliding payments - discuss your insurance with your therapy provider and we will help you understand your options
we can bill your insurance directly for several providers, some may require an authorization number from your insurer or primary care provider
some insurers may require you to submit the claim via their website; we will bill you the insured rate and provide the appropriate paperwork for you to receive reimbursement from your insurance provider
services provided on a cash basis is billed at $250 per 60-minute individual session or $425 per 90-minute couples, family, or group session
we are committed to making affordable mental healthcare available to all — if you are uninsured or underinsured, we can discuss a needs-based sliding scale price
we want no surprises when it comes to the cost of care - we are happy to provide an estimate for services based on your treatment plan
cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or missing an appointment prevents our therapists from seeing other patients during your scheduled time - we assess a $125 fee in the event of a last-minute cancellation or missed appointment.
individual therapy sessions are typically scheduled for 55 minutes; couple, group, or family sessions are scheduled for 80 minutes; your insurer may place a limit on the number, frequency, or time allowed for treatment
we take your rights seriously | when first enrolling in clinical services, we ask you to review and consent to certain policies; a copy of each of the consents are provided here in english and spanish
