Dale founded mindloft to align his multiple-decade background in strategy and customer experience with his unending passion for strategy, psychology, and behavioral economics. He is living his mission to help organizations create engaged connectivity through strategic purpose and neurocognitive design.

Dale's experience extends across the business landscape, having advised a wide range of well-known companies on M&A, strategy, behavioral science, and transformation. He has worked with boards and leadership teams in support of improving competitive strategy, corporate development, customer engagement, and operational optimization, supporting innovative venture-backed startups and regional not-for-profits to Fortune 50 publiclly traded companies.

He holds a PhD in Business Psychology with a research focus in behavioral economics, decision science, and consumer psychology; he holds an M.B.A., a B.A. in Economics, and is U.S. Navy Veteran. He also holds certifications as a six-sigma lean master black belt, ProSci change management practitioner, executive coach, and valuation analyst.
