A certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master, Chris also holds a Certification in Human Performance Improvement, a credential that reflects his focus on outcomes, not just interventions. His work spans 10+ years of direct coaching practice, 15+ years in leadership roles, and 20+ years shaping learning and development strategy across organizations.
