Dale's experience extends across the healthcare landscape, having advised healthcare payor, provider, PBM, med-device, and pharma clients on M&A, strategy, engagement, and transformation. He has contributed to improving patient experiences, clinical & operational engagement, and access to care, having held leadership roles in strategic finance, corporate development, analytics, and operations at leading healthcare organizations.

 

He holds a Ph.D. in business psychology with research focus in behavioral economics, decision science, and consumer psychology; he holds an M.B.A., a B.A. in Economics, and is U.S. Navy Veteran. Dale is certified as six-sigma lean master black belt, ProSci change management practitioner, executive coach, and valuation analyst.
